This project was an express exterior car wash facility. The building is approximately 4,000 square feet and houses conveyor car wash equipment. Lacey Construction, Inc. provided the owners with the financial performance projections for the location, researched, purchased and installed all of the equipment. Lacey Construction, Inc. completed this design/build project in 90 days.
