When Omaha Steel Castings Company, decided to re-locate his business to Wahoo, they were dedicated to using local businesses to build his facilities. Lacey Construction was proud to be selected as part of that team. The project included 3 main structures. The main foundry building is a 105,000 square foot Metallic pre-engineered building. Pattern Storage is a 30,000 square foot Metallic pre-engineered building. The Administrative Office is an 8,500 square foot wood framed exterior structure with metal stud interior walls. Lacey Construction provided all building construction and all interior finish work for the entire project. The project began in September of 2012 and was completed in October of 2013.
